1. The contest is open to all rosarians and photographers in INDIA. It is organized by Bengal
Rose Society on the occasion of 42nd All India Rose Convention and Rose Show 2025 at Kolkata.
2. Entries are limited to only 4 images (digital files) per section, i.e., 8 number of Images in
Total.
3. There are 2 sections. Images for each section should be uploaded through our website.
4. Digital files will be accepted without any change by the organizers.
5. Awards will be distributed at All India Rose Convention, or mailed by registered post with
proper reasonable care, but we will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft.
6. Organizer reserves the right to reproduce selected entries in the catalogue, press and
project publicity.
7. Submission of entries implies acceptance of all conditions of the Salon.
8. All the work must be entirely the work of the exhibitor.
9. Judges decision will be final.
10. All jury members and contest committee members will not participate in the salon.
11. Untitled or No title images will not be accepted.
12. All Entrants will receive notification of the result.
13. The decision of the Panel of selectors is final and binding, no further appeal will be
entertained.
15. THIS IS A FREE CONTEST WITHOUT ANY ENTRY FEE.
16. Only colour photographs are allowed.
17. Techniques that add, relocate, replace or remove any element of the original image,
except by cropping, are not permitted. Conversion to infrared, either by digital technique or
by original technique is not allowed. Stitching of two or more image is not permitted. Use of
AI is strictly prohibited.
